Our Process

We stake the layout, excavate, tie the number 4 rebar cage, rough in the plumbing, and spray the shotcrete shell. After it cures we set waterline tile and coping, pour the deck, apply the interior finish, and handle startup. Most gunite builds near Val Vista Drive run eight to twelve weeks, and we bond the whole structure to the NEC 680.26 grid before backfill.
